  • Processes payments and documents such as invoices, employee reimbursements, and statements.
  • Process payroll and new hires as directed by the CFO.
  • Retrieves system reports and distributes accordingly.
  • Maintain spreadsheets for financial KPIs for review by CFO
  • Disburses funds or petty cash in accordance with company policy.
  • Determines content and assembles data in order to prepare monthly reports for review.
  • Reconciles transactions, financial data, and other information to an automated accounting system.
  • Designs, prepares, and maintains spreadsheets using mathematical calculations.
  • Reviews new procedures, manuals, and system enhancements and suggests revisions.
  • Explains appropriate work instructions to other employees when necessary.
  • Interprets and applies instructions and guidelines to resolve work problems.
  • Enter documents such as invoices, employee reimbursements, and statements in to Jonas (the accounting software). Scan copies of invoices and attach in the system.
  • Verifies items billed against items ordered and received and reconciles differences through follow-up with the vendor and/or other employees.
  • Prepares account deposit ticket and deposits money as directed.
  • Reconciles bank statements.
  • Work with commercial and residential managers to reconcile entries for financial statement production
  • Prepare commercial and residential monthly financial statement packets


  • Accounting experience: 1 year
  • Associate degree
