Gene Bodycott

Executive VP and Broker-in-Charge of New Forum, Inc, a developer of high-density, mixed-use projects and senior independent living communities. New Forum's current projects include Ayrsley, a 5,000,000 SF smart growth community in SW Charlotte and Parkway Crossing, a 210-home development with a village center in Pineville, NC.

Amanda Gardner
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Amanda joined New Forum in 1998 after graduating from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a BS in Accounting.  She has grown with New Forum through various positions  in Property Management, Accounting,  Human Resources, Development and Finance. As CFO, Amanda handles all investor and banking relationships. Amanda also oversees the operations side of all New Forum’s entities with an emphasis of positioning the entire portfolio for long term success.

Tyler Steele
Executive VP - Development & Asset Manager

Tyler Steele has been with New Forum since 2007 and is the Vice President of Development & Asset Management. Tyler oversees all company development projects, upfits and maintains the entire company portfolio totaling over 5 million square feet of office, retail and residential space.

Mark Good
Vice President - Legal

Mark was born in Santa Monica, California and traveled east in 2000 and joined New Forum in 2004. Mark is the Vice President – Legal and handles all legal matters for the company. This includes contract and lease negotiations, real property finance, document preparation, investor communications and assisting all branches with legal-related and policy matters. 

Kylee Rooney Melaragno
Vice President Senior Living & Multi-Family

Kylee joined New Forum in 2011 and oversees New Forum's Senior Living and Multi-Family divisions. Additionally, Kylee is utilized company-wide in building websites, SEO, special projects, marketing, sales, operations, communications, human resources and staff development for the Commercial, Property Management, Restaurant and Development  divisions.

William Hodges
Vice President, Broker-in-Charge

William was born right here in Charlotte, NC and joined New Forum in 2013 as the landlord rep for all of New Forum’s retail listings and assists in the occasional office deal. William also co-develops new business ventures such as Piedmont Social House

Stephanie Moore
Project Manager

Stephanie joined New Forum in 2011 and her official title is Project Manager but unofficially known around the office as the J.O.A.T (or Jill of All Trades) where she oversees property management, special projects, marketing, graphic design, capital development projects and project management.

Jean Alvear
Assistant Property Manager

The Commercial Property Manager Assistant is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including all maintenance and repair, tenant relations, owner relations, budgeting, monthly financial reporting, capital planning, etc.

LaStell Nall
Accounting Assistant

LaStell joined New Forum in 2008. LaStell is the Accounting Assistant responsible for processing all accounts payable, handling vendor communications and tenant relations.
