Commercial

New Forum has extensive experience in developing complex, community-based projects. Its expertise in up-zoning and master-planning have helped to deliver projects on-time, within budget and with financial returns that meet or exceed projections. 

Mixed-use

 New Forum specializes in mixed-use communities that create a sense of place. Our largest project to date is Ayrsley, a master-planned development in southwest Charlotte that includes more than one million square feet of office and retail, four hotels, single-family homes, luxury apartments, restaurants and a 14-screen movie theater.
