A crowd of about 350, largely financial executives and their guests, gathered Thursday night for the Charlotte Business Journal’s ninth annual CFO of the Year awards ceremony.
The CBJ has recognized 147 financial executives in the Charlotte area since the program started in 2008. This year, there were 13 finalists in five categories recognized, plus two special honorees, at the awards ceremony. The event took place at the Hilton Charlotte Center City.
